Delete your Glowbee account (English)

Option 1 — in the app (immediate)

1. Open the My Page tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

This permanently removes: the parent account, all its child accounts, and all associated media, messages and friendships. (A single child account can be deleted from: Dashboard → the child → "Delete child account".)

Option 2 — by email

If you can't access the app, email a deletion request from your registered address to glowbeeco@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Glowbee account". We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days at most.

What gets deleted

• Account data (name, email, children's birth dates and gender).
• All media (note: media is disappearing by design and auto-deletes after viewing/expiry).
• Friendships, conversations, stories and related notifications.

We keep no copies for marketing; we may temporarily retain records only where the law requires (e.g. child-safety reports within their periods, the parental-consent record, the suspension and termination record, and the support messages you sent — as the Privacy Policy names them, sections 6 and 11).
