1Create your account and add your children

• افتحا Glowbee وسجّلا بحساب Google الخاصّ بكما (حساب الوالدين).
• من لوحة الوالدين اختارا «إضافة طفل»، واكتبا اسمه وتاريخ ميلاده واللغة التي يفضّلها.
• يصلكما على البريد رمز موافقة وليّ الأمر. أدخلاه مرّة واحدة، فتُفعَّل حسابات أطفالكما جميعًا.
• سجّلا دخول طفلكما على هاتفه من شاشة «دخول الطفل» بالرمز الذي تعطيانه له. يعمل حساب الطفل على جهاز واحد في الوقت نفسه، ويصلكما إشعار إن دخل من هاتف جديد.

• Open Glowbee and sign in with your own Google account (the parents' account).
• From the parents' panel choose «Add child» and enter the name, birth date and preferred language.
• A parental-consent code arrives at your email. Enter it once and all your children's accounts are activated.
• Sign your child in on their phone from the «Child sign-in» screen with the code you give them. A child's account works on one device at a time, and you are notified if it signs in from a new phone.

لا يعمل حساب الطفل قبل هذه الموافقة. التطبيق لكلّ الأعمار، ومَن دون ١٦ يعمل حسابه تحت رقابتكما وتحكّمكما الكامل.

A child's account does not work before this consent. The app is for all ages; an under-16's account runs under your full supervision and control.

٢بناء الدائرة: الأصدقاء

2Building the circle: friends

• لكلّ طفل رمز وباركود. يتبادل الوالدان الرمز أو يمسح أحدهما باركود الآخر، ثمّ يضيف كلٌّ منهما الطفل الآخر من لوحته.
• لا يظهر الصديق في دائرة طفلكما قبل أن توافقا عليه. ولا يوجد بحث عن أشخاص ولا اقتراحات.
• يمكنكما تغيير رمز طفلكما في أيّ وقت من لوحته، فيتوقّف الرمز القديم.
• يمكنكما حذف صديق في أيّ وقت: يخرج من كلّ محادثة ومجموعة مشتركة، وتُحذف رسائله فيها. والحظر النهائيّ يمنعه من العودة.
• يمكنكما دعوة والد آخر ليشارككما إدارة أطفالكما (شريك رعاية) — لكلّ الأطفال أو لطفل واحد — وإلغاء ذلك لاحقًا.

• Every child has a code and a barcode. Parents exchange the code or scan each other's barcode, then each adds the other child from their panel.
• A friend does not appear in your child's circle before you approve them. There is no people search and no suggestions.
• You can change your child's code at any time from their panel; the old code stops working.
• You can remove a friend at any time: they leave every shared chat and group, and their messages there are deleted. A permanent block keeps them from coming back.
• You can invite another parent to co-manage your children (a co-parent) — all the children or just one — and revoke that later.

٣لوحة الوالدين: ما تريانه وما تتحكّمان فيه

3The parents' panel: what you see and control

• الميزات: تشغيل أو إيقاف المحادثة، والقصص، والمكالمات، والألعاب، ومكتبة الفيديو، وركن القرآن — لكلّ طفل.
• الأوقات: ساعات السماح التي يُستعمل فيها التطبيق، وإيقاف فوريّ للراحة في أيّ لحظة.
• مكتبة الفيديو: تضيفان قنوات يوتيوب التي يراها طفلكما، ولا يرى غيرها — يوتيوب تصمّمانه أنتما، بعيدًا عن العشوائية والخوارزميات.
• المجموعات: تطّلعان على قروبات المحادثة التي يشارك فيها (للاطّلاع فقط)، وتديران مجموعات الإرسال التي يرسل إليها — إنشاءً وحذفًا.
• السجلّات: سجلّ مكالمات الطفل، وسجلّ حديقته، وقصّته الحالية (ويمكنكما حذفها).
• البلاغات: كلّ بلاغ يقدّمه طفلكما يصلكما أيضًا على البريد.
• هُويّة الطفل: تغيير اسمه وصورته وهُويّة دخوله وتاريخ ميلاده، وفصل الملصقات والأفاتارات والصور بين الجنسين إن شئتما.
• مسابقة الأسئلة: أسئلتها تُختار بحسب عمر الطفل.

• Features: turn chat, stories, calls, games and the video library on or off — per child.
• Times: the hours the app may be used, and an instant pause for rest at any moment.
• Video library: add the YouTube channels your child sees, and nothing else is shown — a YouTube you design, away from randomness and algorithms.
• Groups: see the chat groups your child is in (view only), and manage the send-to groups they post to — create and delete them.
• Logs: the child's call log, their garden log, and their current story (which you can delete).
• Reports: every report your child files also reaches your email.
• The child's identity: change their name, photo, sign-in identity and birth date, and separate stickers, avatars and pictures between boys and girls if you wish.
• The quiz: its questions are picked by the child's age.

٤الحماية من المحتوى الضارّ

4Protection from harmful content

• الصور والمقاطع تمرّ بفلتر آليّ على الجهاز نفسه قبل الإرسال؛ ما لا يمرّ لا يُرسَل. والكلمات الضارّة تُحجب في الرسائل بقوائم بالعربية والإنجليزية.
• لا نحتفظ بصور طفلكما ومقاطعه ورسائله الصوتية على خوادمنا بعد وصولها، ولا نطّلع عليها ولا نحلّلها.
• الإبلاغ والحظر متاحان في كلّ شاشة، ويمكن للطفل استعمالهما بنفسه.
• لا إعلانات مزعجة أو غير مناسبة للأطفال؛ وحيوانات الحديقة ونباتاتها تُكسب باللعب.

• Photos and clips pass an automatic on-device filter before sending; what fails is not sent. Harmful words are blocked in messages with Arabic and English lists.
• We do not keep your child's photos, clips and voice messages on our servers after they arrive, and we neither view nor analyse them.
• Report and block are on every screen, and a child can use them alone.
• No intrusive or child-inappropriate ads; garden animals and plants are earned by playing.

٥الخصوصية وحذف الحساب

5Privacy and account deletion

• نجمع الحدّ الأدنى لتشغيل الحساب، ولا نجمع الموقع ولا معرّف الإعلانات، ويتوافق التطبيق مع أنظمة حماية بيانات الأطفال المعمول بها (مثل COPPA وGDPR-K). التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
• يمكنكما حذف حساب طفلكما من لوحة الوالدين، فتُحذف بياناته ورسائله. الخطوات في صفحة حذف الحساب.

• We collect the minimum to run the account, never location or an advertising ID, and the app is consistent with applicable children's data-protection rules (such as COPPA and GDPR-K). Details in the privacy policy.
• You can delete your child's account from the parents' panel; their data and messages are deleted. Steps on the account deletion page.
