1Create your account and add your children

• افتحا Glowbee وسجّلا بحساب Google الخاصّ بكما (حساب الوالدين).
• من لوحة الوالدين اختارا «إضافة طفل»، واكتبا اسمه وعمره، واختارا ولدٌ أم بنت، واللغةَ التي يفضّلها.
• يصلكما على البريد رمز موافقة وليّ الأمر. أدخلاه مرّة واحدة، فتُفعَّل حسابات أطفالكما جميعًا.
• سجّلا دخول طفلكما على هاتفه من شاشة «دخول الطفل» بالرمز الذي تعطيانه له. يعمل حساب الطفل على جهاز واحد في الوقت نفسه، ويصلكما إشعار إن دخل من هاتف جديد.

• Open Glowbee and sign in with your own Google account (the parents' account).
• From the parents' panel choose «Add child», enter the name and age, and choose boy or girl and the preferred language.
• A parental-consent code arrives at your email. Enter it once and all your children's accounts are activated.
• Sign your child in on their phone from the «Child sign-in» screen with the code you give them. A child's account works on one device at a time, and you are notified if it signs in from a new phone.

لا يعمل حساب الطفل قبل هذه الموافقة. التطبيق لكلّ الأعمار، وحسابُ الطفل لطفلٍ من ٤ إلى ١٧ سنة ويعمل تحت رقابتكما وتحكّمكما.

A child's account does not work before this consent. The app is for all ages; a child's account is for a child aged 4 to 17 and runs under your supervision and control.

٢بناء الدائرة: الأصدقاء

2Building the circle: friends

• لكلّ طفل رمز وباركود. يتبادل الوالدان الرمز أو يمسح أحدهما باركود الآخر، ثمّ يضيف كلٌّ منهما الطفل الآخر من لوحته.
• لطفلٍ دون ١٣ لا يظهر الصديق في دائرته قبل أن توافقا عليه (ومن ١٣ إلى ١٦ كذلك، ما لم تسمحا له بقبول أصدقائه بنفسه). ولا يوجد بحث عن أشخاص ولا اقتراحات.
• يمكنكما تغيير رمز طفلكما في أيّ وقت من لوحته، فيتوقّف الرمز القديم.
• يمكنكما حذف صديق في أيّ وقت: تختفي محادثتُهما من الهاتفين، ويخرج طفلكما من القروبات المشتركة بينهما وتُحذف رسائلُه هو فيها، ونجهّز له القروبَ نفسَه بدون ذلك الصديق. والحظر النهائيّ يمنعه من العودة.
• يمكنكما دعوة والد آخر ليشارككما إدارة أطفالكما (شريك رعاية) — لكلّ الأطفال أو لطفل واحد — وإلغاء ذلك لاحقًا.

• Every child has a code and a barcode. Parents exchange the code or scan each other's barcode, then each adds the other child from their panel.
• For a child under 13, a friend does not appear in their circle before you approve them (the same from 13 to 16, unless you let your teen accept friends on their own). There is no people search and no suggestions.
• You can change your child's code at any time from their panel; the old code stops working.
• You can remove a friend at any time: their private chat disappears from both phones, your child leaves the groups the two share and your child's own messages there are deleted, and we prepare the same group without that friend. A permanent block keeps them from coming back.
• You can invite another parent to co-manage your children (a co-parent) — all the children or just one — and revoke that later.

٣لوحة الوالدين: ما تريانه وما تتحكّمان فيه

3The parents' panel: what you see and control

• الميزات: تشغيل أو إيقاف المكالمات الصوتيّة (ومن يستطيع الاتّصال)، ونشر القصص (يبدأ مطفأً للطفل الجديد)، وحزمة الألعاب، ومشاركة المقاطع الصوتيّة، وركن القرآن — لكلّ طفل؛ واختيار لمن يرسل الصورَ والفيديو وأيَّ أنواعها. والإيقاف الفوريّ يوقف الحساب كلّه.
• الأوقات: ساعات السماح التي يُستعمل فيها التطبيق، وإيقاف فوريّ للراحة في أيّ لحظة.
• مكتبة الفيديو: تضيفان قنوات يوتيوب التي يراها طفلكما، ولا يرى غيرها — يوتيوب تصمّمانه أنتما من القنوات التي تختارانها.
• المجموعات: تطّلعان على قروبات المحادثة التي يشارك فيها (الاسم وعدد الأعضاء، لا الرسائل)، وتريان مجموعات الإرسال التي يصنعها وتستطيعان حذفها.
• السجلّات: سجلّ مكالمات الطفل، وسجلّ حديقته، وقصّته الحالية (ويمكنكما حذفها).
• البلاغات: كلّ بلاغ يقدّمه طفلكما يصلكما خبرُه (لا محتواه) في التطبيق وعلى البريد — إليكما كليكما إن كان هناك وليُّ أمرٍ شريك.
• هُويّة الطفل: تغيير اسمه وصورته وهُويّة دخوله وتاريخ ميلاده (تاريخُ الميلاد للوالد الذي أنشأ الحساب وحده)، وفصل الملصقات والأفاتارات والصور بين الجنسين إن شئتما.
• مسابقة الأسئلة: أسئلتها تُختار بحسب عمر الطفل.
• ما يعرفه طفلكما: يقول له التطبيق — في تذكير الأمان وفي «صفحتي» — «والداك يريان أصدقاءك ومجموعاتك وسجلّ مكالماتك — ولا يقرآن رسائلك، إلّا ما أُبلغ عنه منها.»

• Features: turn voice calls (and who may call), story posting (off for a new child until you turn it on), the games pack and audio sharing on or off — per child — and choose who your child sends photos and videos to, and which kinds. An instant pause stops the whole account.
• Times: the hours the app may be used, and an instant pause for rest at any moment.
• Video library: add the YouTube channels your child sees, and nothing else is shown — a YouTube you design from the channels you choose.
• Groups: see the chat groups your child is in (the name and number of members, never the messages), and see and delete the sending groups your child makes.
• Logs: the child's call log, their garden log, and their current story (which you can delete).
• Reports: you are told of every report your child files — the fact, not the content — in the app and by email (both of you, if a co-parent is linked).
• The child's identity: change their name, photo, sign-in identity and birth date (the birth date: only the parent who created the account), and separate stickers, avatars and pictures between boys and girls if you wish.
• The quiz: its questions are picked by the child's age.
• What your child is told: the app tells them — in the safety reminder and on their own page — "Your parents can see your friends, your groups and your call history — but they can't read your messages, except the ones that were reported."

٤الحماية من المحتوى الضارّ

4Protection from harmful content

• الصور والمقاطع تمرّ بفلتر آليّ على الجهاز نفسه قبل الإرسال؛ ما لا يمرّ لا يُرسَل. والكلمات الضارّة تُحجب في الرسائل بقوائم بالعربية والإنجليزية.
• لا نحتفظ بنسخةٍ من صور طفلكما ومقاطعه ورسائله الصوتية: تمرّ بخوادمنا بالقدر اللازم لتوصيلها ثمّ تُحذف، ولا نطّلع عليها ولا نحلّلها — إلّا ما يُبلَّغ عنه. والاستثناءاتُ القليلة الأخرى مذكورةٌ في سياسة الخصوصية (القسم ٣).
• الإبلاغ متاحٌ على المحادثات والأصدقاء والصور والفيديو المستلَمة والقصص والمكالمات، والحظر من المحادثة وقائمة الأصدقاء، ويمكن للطفل استعمالهما بنفسه.
• لا إعلانات مزعجة أو غير مناسبة للأطفال؛ وحيوانات الحديقة ونباتاتها تُكسب باللعب.

• Photos and clips pass an automatic on-device filter before sending; what fails is not sent. Harmful words are blocked in messages with Arabic and English lists.
• We keep no copy of your child's photos, clips and voice messages: they pass through our servers only as long as needed to deliver them, then are deleted, and we neither view nor analyse them — except what gets reported. The few other exceptions are named in the privacy policy (section 3).
• Report is available on chats, friends, received photos and videos, stories and calls; block from the chat and the friends list. A child can use them alone.
• No intrusive or child-inappropriate ads; garden animals and plants are earned by playing.

٥الخصوصية وحذف الحساب

5Privacy and account deletion

• نجمع الحدّ الأدنى لتشغيل الحساب، ولا نجمع الموقع ولا معرّف الإعلانات، وصُمِّم التطبيق مع مراعاة أنظمة حماية بيانات الأطفال المعمول بها (مثل COPPA وGDPR-K). التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
• يمكنكما حذف حساب طفلكما من لوحة الوالدين، فتُحذف بياناته ورسائله، إلّا سجلّاتٍ قليلة تسمّيها صفحةُ حذف الحساب. الخطوات في صفحة حذف الحساب.

• We collect the minimum to run the account, never location or an advertising ID, and the app is designed with applicable children's data-protection rules in mind (such as COPPA and GDPR-K). Details in the privacy policy.
• You can delete your child's account from the parents' panel; their data and messages are deleted, except the few records the account deletion page names. Steps on the account deletion page.
